Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Sessions To ensure a better organization and preparation for sessions, bookings must be made at least 24h in advance. Sessions booked less than 24h in advance are not guaranteed and may not be held. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations up to 24h before the coaching session can be rescheduled free of charge. Cancellations less than 24h before the coaching session or absences are non-refundable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances on my part, the session will be rescheduled free of charge. 3. Access to the Customer Area It's recommended that the customer creates a personal account on the website to easily manage their bookings.
