Booking and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to the Sandra Duarte Coaching website.

1. Booking Sessions

​

  • To ensure a better organization and preparation for sessions, bookings must be made at least 24h in advance. Sessions booked less than 24h in advance are not guaranteed and may not be held.

  • Sessions must be booked online according to availability.

  • Sessions are held either in person or online via Zoom.

  • Instructions and access link are sent by email 24h in advance.

2. Subscription Plans

​

  • By subscribing to a plan, the client commits to regular scheduled sessions, benefiting from continuous monitoring and special conditions.

  • Sessions included in the plan must be scheduled at least 24h in advance. It's the client's responsibility to book sessions within each renewal cycle.

  • Plans are automatically renewed monthly. The amount will be debited on the same day of each month, according to the initial subscription date.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling​

 

  • Cancellations up to 24h before the coaching session can be rescheduled free of charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24h before the coaching session or absence from the session are non-refundable and non-rescheduled, except in exceptional cases.

  • For Subscription Plans, customers can cancel automatic renewal at any time through their customer area on the website. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next session date or renewal date.

  • In case of any unforeseen circumstances on my part, the session will be rescheduled free of charge.

4. Access to the Customer Area​

​

It's recommended that the customer creates a personal account on the website to easily manage their appointments, payments, and active subscription.
