Through observation and self-analysis, and concrete situations in your life, healing is facilitated in your relationships and with yourself. Through this process, you create inner peace and learn to communicate with others truthfully, respecting your inner space, respecting your emotions and feelings. From this place of truth and self-respect, a greater and deeper connection with others is born.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking Sessions Coaching sessions can be held in person or online. Sessions can be booked online through the system available on the website or by written request, sending an email to info@sandraduartecoaching.com. After booking, the client will receive a confirmation email with session details. It’s the client's responsibility to schedule sessions within each Plan. This can be done in their client area. Session details and instructions (Zoom for online sessions) are sent 24 h before the session. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Sessions Sessions can be canceled and rescheduled up to 24 h before the scheduled time. After this deadline, they will be considered a used session. Sessions not used during the active period (in the case of the Subscription Plan) and validity period (in the case of the Package Plan) do not carry over to future months and expire automatically after this period. In case of unforeseen circumstances on my part, the session will be rescheduled at no cost. Free Discovery Session The free Discovery Session aims to assess whether the coaching process is suitable for the client's needs and to create clarity about the next steps. The session lasts 30 min. Each person can enjoy only one free Discovery Session. If you’re unable to attend, the session must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 h in advance. Failure to attend without prior notice may prevent access to future free sessions. The Discovery Session is a space for presence and conscious listening. By scheduling, you commit to respecting the time and energy involved. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is given in case of a late arrival at the meeting. After this time, the session will be considered a no-show and will be considered used. Access to the Client Area It’s recommended that the client create a personal account on the website to easily manage their appointments.
