Coaching Package Plan Policy
Payment and Validity

Coaching Packages, one-time payment, include a pre-defined number of coaching sessions.

Each package must be used within its respective validity period. Sessions not used within this period expire automatically.
Scheduling, Cancellation and Rescheduling of Sessions

It’s the client's responsibility to schedule sessions within the validity period of the respective package. This can be done in their client area. Session details and Zoom instructions (for online sessions) are sent 24h before the session.

Sessions can be canceled and rescheduled up to 24h before the scheduled time. After this deadline, they will be considered a used session.
Late Arrivals

A 15-minute grace period is given in case of a late arrival at the meeting. After this time, the session will be considered a no-show and will be counted as used.
Refunds

Coaching Packages are non-refundable after after purchase, whether sessions are used in full or in part, due to the nature of the digital and time-based services.
Access to the Client Area

It’s recommended that the client create a personal account on the website to easily manage their appointments, payments, and active subscription.
Responsibility

Coaching does not guarantee specific results as it's a collaborative process. Progress and results depend on the client's commitment and active participation.
Coaching Subscription Plan Policy
Subscription, Payments, and Cancellation

Subscriptions operate on a monthly automatic renewal basis. This remains active until canceled by the client, in their client area.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be made at least 24h before the renewal date.
Scheduling, Cancellation and Rescheduling of Sessions

It's the client's responsibility to schedule sessions within each renewal cycle. This can be done in their client area. Session details and Zoom instructions (for online sessions) will be sent 24h before the session.

Sessions can be canceled and rescheduled up to 24h before the scheduled time. After this deadline, they will be considered a used session.

Sessions not used during the active subscription period do not roll over to future months.
